Hi, bros stusdsteadt & songkilan, surprised tt those samsters who had ZERO rep power can up each other ... different from what we read in the sbf requirements.

The basic rule of thumb is tt DO NOT UP when we hv ZERO rep power otherwise the other party gets nothing.
