Hi Bro,

Yes, theoretically this is the nearest way. However, personally I have better plan, it takes longer travelling time but maximise your stay they.
You can take Shenzhen Airline from Singapore at 3am, reach ShenZhen 7am, then go to SheKou then take ferry to JiuZhou Port, it should be around 10am, then either you take public bus to Xia Chuan Dao (下川岛) or I can arrange private transport if you have more people traveling together. On the way back you also will take ShenZhen Airlines at 10pm & reach SG around 2am, so you can come back from XCD directly then to SG. The cost of Shenzhen Airline return ticket is ard S$310 if you book earlier, it is slightly expensive than tigerairways (if promotion). However, tiger take off at 6am reach Macau at 10am, then bro should experience sometimes from Macau to Gongbei it will take more than 2 hours because the custom there very inefficient & crowded, furthermore tiger do not have night flight back to SG, so you may need to stay at ZhuHai 1 nite if you take tiger.
This is my own opinion, if bro feel troublesome spending a lot of travelling time, flight-boat-bus-boat, then easierway is to go Macau-ZhuHai-Xia Chuan Dao.

Hi Bro,

There are few ways

1) CP -> train to GZ (25 mins) -> bus to TaiShan (2 hrs)-> bus to ShanZui Port (30 mins) -> Xia Chuan Dao (40 mins) & vice versa. I think there should be a bus go ShanZui Port directly, but I'm not sure the timing. I only know 8am daily there is bus from ShanZui Port to GuangZhou.
2) CP -> train to SZ (15mins) -> SheKou Port (45mins) -> boat to JiuZhou Port (45mins) -> bus to ShanZui Port (1hr 45mins)-> Xia Chuan Dao (40mins) & vice versa.
3) CP - hired private car to there, should be reaching around 2hrs time if driver know how to go, but costly ~ RMB800 - RMB1000 per way.

Above timing is my own estimation excluding waiting time.

I wish to take their photo, but the Taiwanese boss ask me not to do so, because we want to protect the WL, most of them lied to their family (as usual) said working in XCD as waitress or receptionist, & will go home when winter season approaching at end of Oct.
I will try to check whether i have taken their photo accidentally, but most important thing is you must go there & find your own one :D. May be really dun have your choice then you just take it as relax trip lor.

Yes, their BBS mostly open at 10am, then you can catch some early worms, then she will accompany you till next day 10am if you want to have another choice on next day. However, normally more choices will appear at ard 3-4pm because if they return from customer then need to take some nap before coming to work again.

or just land transport travel time to ShanZui Port .. then take ferry to XCD (40 mins) .. ?
what's the time schedule for the ferry to XCD in Shanzui Port ??

thanks for remind me about the shenzhen airlines, btw, lot of travelling time make me sian, I prefer to cut it short btw will spend another few days at zhuhai 海泉湾海洋温泉 too, so flight to macau is more convenience for me.

so wat are u waiting for , dont feel sian at cp meh ? should change liao;)

to get to XCD from zhuhai :
take a bus to shanzui ferry terminal from xinhe bus terminal on the right side of gongbei custom ( not the one beside KFC at LHL )
the trip takes about 2 hours
take a 40 mins ferry ride from shanzui to XCD ( you can choose to buy insuarance for the ferry ride ), than another 10 mins bus ride from XCD ferry terminal to the entrance of the beach areas .
must pay for all the above rides and also for the entrance to beach areas .

at the entrance , there are free golf carts rides to the hotels of your choice .

from XCD back to Zhuhai vice versa
the hotels can call the golf carts for you and you can also check the ferry departure timings at the hotels ,

bus ride from Shanzui ferry terminal will take you back to Gongbei , but pls make sure you take the correct bus by checking with the driver cos there are no clear sign boards .
the drivers are also those no money no talk type meaning you have to pay them for the seats on the spot especially if there are many other passengers fighting for seats.
once you paid them you are ensure of a seat , than they let you board the bus . he will not care if you dont pay them even you tell him you need 20 seats...
pls be advise that if you missed a bus , you may have to wait for another 2 hours for the next bus ( thats according to the time table i saw at Shanzui ferry terminal ) .

Bro, the 2 hrs ride is excluding ferry travel time, you have to add another 40mins for the ferry to reach XCD port & 10mins from 独港湾 to 王府周旅游区.
2hrs is my estimation, the route should be from 东莞-广州-佛山-鹤山-新台高速公路-山咀港, or from 东莞-珠海-沿海高速公路-山咀港.
